Chapter 22: Club Island.

Vann was outside on the beach getting his morning run. Joniesha watched from her window, as he pulled off his shirt, and tossed it carelessly on the ground. Out here you didn't have to worry about anyone stealing your belongings. Joniesha watched as the sun beat down on his hazelnut latte colored skin, and sparkled from the sweat running down his body.

"You ain't slick."

Joniesha jumped, and turned around to find Tiffany watching her with her arms crossed. Joniesha smiled.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Joniesha if I can admit I have too many damn feelings floating through my body for Keon. You can admit you still have feelings for Vann."

Joniesha sighed, and glanced back out the window. Vann had disappeared, she turned away to go sit down on her bed.

"It's not that simple. Even if I do have feelings, my dude betrayed me. Yours haven't."

"If he knows what's good for him, he won't."

Joniesha smiled. "I don't know what to do."

"Don't think to much about it, just let life run its course. Don't fight and don't run. Just see what happens. If you're meant to be it'll happen."

Joniesha stared at Tiffany. "Well thanks Dr. Phil."

Tiffany laughed. "I came in here to tell you that Vann has the hook-ups at this huge club about 20 minutes from here. It's a big island party there tonight. I need to find Britt so she can get started on our make-up, we have only 4 hours to get ready."

"I'm down. I'mma look for an outfit."

Tiffany left the room.

Brittbrat was outside on the patio, watching the ocean waves clash.

"Hey sexy mama."

Britt rolled her eyes, and didn't even move her head. "Do have nothing better to do than pester me. I mean you have a whole island to explore, and you always gotta pop up where i'm at."

Trey laughed, and sat down next to her. "Maybe I like being in your presence."

"Nigga please."

Trey smirked. "I do. You're not like other women i've messed with. No one else would have put their life on the line for me. Most females are selfish, and just think about themselves. Not you though."

Britt brushed her shoulder off. "Because I'm the shit that's why. Now go on."

"Why do you do that?"

"Do what?"

"Everytime we are alone, you either try to force me to leave, or you leave yourself."

Britt glanced over at him, and shrugged. "I don't know."

Trey leaned back all the way down on his back. "I think you do."

"No one asked you what you think though, so that's irrelevant."

Trey laughed. "So how long I got before you get up, and walk out the room."

Britt glanced back at him. "Don't make it seem like i'm scared to be around you or something, because I'm not. You just another nigga, nothing special."

"Oh, I'm very special, and I think you notice that."

Britt rolled her eyes. "Oh plese don't flatter yourself."

"So you're telling me your not attracted to me...at all?"

"I mean you're cute, but other than that I'm not falling head over heels over your ass."

"I see." Trey said. Britt waited for him to say more but he didn't. Britt's body started to heat up from his near presence as it always did. This is why she always forced him to leave, or left herself. She hated being out of control, she didn't want her body to control her actions.

"So I got a question?" Trey said, while sitting back up bringing the eye to eye.

Britt stared at him, and arched an eyebrow. "Would you like to prove to me that you're not attracted?"

"How I'm going to do that?"

"Kiss me. If I get no reaction I know what you're saying is true,and I will leave you alone; but if I get even the smallest of reaction I know that you are lying."

Britt took a deep breath, and said. "Okay fine."

She closed her eyes, and puckered her lips out. Trey laughed, and moved in and lightly brushed her lips with hers. He then kissed both corners of her lips. Britt's eyes came open slightly.

"What are you doing?"

Trey ssshed her, and took her bottom lip in between his teeth. As he slowly started to tug, Britt felt her body reaching boil point real quick. Her hands closed into tiny fists, and squeezed. Trey smiled to himself, then tugged on her bottom lip a little harder causing a small gasp to escape. That's when Trey slid his tongue into her mouth, when their tongues connected Britt felt the electric spark. As Trey deepened the kiss, Britt was on edge. She hated this, letting him win like this, but it was inevitable. As she brought her arms around his neck, and started kiss him back.

They didn't know how long they kissed,but it seemed to last forever.

"Britt, there you are I- Whoa!"

They broke apart as Tiffany walked out on the patio. Tiffany crossed her arms, and smiled. Britt stood up.

"Wassup?"

"We all going out tonight, you're make-up gurl."

"Oh! I forgot about that party tonight! Let's go!" Britt said with a lot more enthusiam then normal. Britt quickly walked into to the house. Tiffany glanced back at Trey who had hopped off the patio, and walking down to the beach. Tiffany laughed to herself. People were pairing off like Noah's Ark in this bitch..Tiff thought to herself.

Vivie was in the kitchen fixing herself a sandwich before she got herself all dolled up for tonight. She was putting the ham on her sandwich, when she felt lips on her neck. The butter knife she was holding fell from her hand, she turned around causing every part of her body to connect with John's. Vivie breathed in a shaky breath, and glanced around.

"John..you can't do that!" Vivie said in a low whisper. John just smiled.

Vivie shook her head,it was hard for her not just to rip off his clothes, and her way with him.

"No one's around."

"Not at the moment..I'm trying to save your reputation here."

"Me and Diamond broke up last night."

Vivie stared up into John's eyes. "Really?"

John's eyes raked down Vivie's body. "Mhm." he said as he kissed her under her chin.

Vivie couldn't stop the shiver that went through her body.

"Oh! John! I'm telling!" Miles yelled as he walked into the kitchen. Vivie tried to move away but John wouldn't let her move away.

"Telling who?"

"Your girl."

John glanced down at Vivie. "Who, Vivie?"

Miles glanced down at Vivie, and winked. "Ah! You and your evil witch of girl finally broke up huh?"

John nodded. "Yep."

Just as Britt came into the room. She glanced at John and Vivie. She smiled.

"Bout damn time John! You put my sis through all kind of shit."

John laughed. Vivie smiled, burying her face in his chest. "Well she gotta come with me..I gotta doll her up for tonight."

John sighed, he grabbed Vivie's hand and kissed it. Vivie fainted, and John was barely able to catch her in time. Britt laughed, as did Miles. Brittneebee walked in.

"What's wrong with her?"

"John made her faint." Britt said, still laughing her ass off.

John picked Vivie up, and carried into Britt's room. He laid her on the bed.

"Now get your ass out of here." Britt said.

John laughed then left.

The men were all in the living room waiting on the ladies.

"So Vann, you gone try to get back with Joniesha or what?" Trey asked.

"I don't think she's having that right now, and her safety is my main concern right now." Vann said.

"She has been running buck ass wild since you left. Her and Tiffany are known as the baddest bitches on campus. No female has been able to beat their ass, and no male has been able to tame them." Miles said.

"I think Keon gonna tame Tiffany out just right,you heard about them on that roof at the Velvet room right?" trey said.

"Hell yea! Keon did the damn thang. My boy Prince walked up there to get some fresh air, and had walked in on them. But they had not even noticed, so he quietly left." John said.

"Vann you a lot of work to do if you wanna work it out with Jonie though. She's one tough ass cookie." Darryl said.

Before Vann could say anything BrittBrat walked out first wearing :


Her eyes clashed with Trey's, she told herself she wasn't going to let him think earlier had affected her so she smiled and waved.

Trey smiled, and winked at her. "You look nice. Very glamorous."

"Thanks, I was born glamourous though. Where you been?" Britt said, flipping her hair. Samiyyah walked out next wearing:


"Damn Samiyyah! Now that dress is mad sexy." Miles said.

Samiyyah posed. " I know. I had to get it when i saw it."

Britt smiled. "So them red shoes, imma borrow that from you tomorrow. thanks."

Samiyyah laughed, as Vivie walked in next wearing:


Britt laughed. "Gurl is that dress thin enough?! Easy access anyone?"

Vivie laughed. "Shut up Britt!"

Brittbrat laughed again, glancing at John who was looking at Vivie like she was something to eat. Which made her laugh harder. Vivie rolled her eyes, and walked over to John. She turned and put her back against his front, and he brough his arms around her.

Cici came out next giggling at Vivie, and John wearing:


"What you laughing at heffa? With ur damn fru fru shoes." Vivie said.

Cici laughed. "Did you just call my shoes fru fru? Heffa these are cute. Don't hate."

"Now now." Jemi walked in wearing:


"We can't have all that fighting going on." Jemi said bouncing her way across the room.

"Why your ass always so damn chipper? Have you ever frowned?" John asked.

Jemi smiled. "Life is too short to go through it frowning."

"Yea, but my cheeks would start hurting from all that smiling you be doing." Krys said wearing:


"Yep! Stealing those boots!" Brittbrat said.

Krys laughed. "Heffa touch my boots if you want to..don't get mad when you have no fingers. I'm just saying."

Sabrina walked in laughing. "Ya'll stupid." She was wearing:


"Got damn Sabrina!" Dre said. Sabrina spun around. "Ya'll like?"

"Hell yea!" Darryl said.

"See! See! I told ya'll she was a heffaskank! Only took a matter of time." Natasha said. She came out wearing:


"Shut up!" Sabrina said, while walking over to sit in between Dre and Darryl. She figured she just be friends with them both..nothing wrong with that right?

Rihnay walked in next wearing:

Ariel laughed. Briittneebee followed on her cell phone, she was wearing:


"Who you talking to Briitt?!" Tash yelled across the room.

"Najja heffa." Briitt said as she continued to walk pass the others, and outside to the front of the house.

Chicki came in next wearing:

"Why thank you!" Chicki said.

"She ain't shit!" Tiffany yelled from the hallway. Everyone started laughing.

"Shut up Tiff."

"POW Bitch!!" Tiffany said, voguein into the room.

Natasha laughed. "Can you copyright my shit please?"

"Whatever heffa. This dress is fierce! Ya'll ain't ready."

Keisha walked out laughing. "You're a mess Tiff." Keisha was wearing:


Tiffany glanced over at Keisha. "Aw shit! Keisha done pulled out the shimmy shimmy jumpsuit!"

Keisha laughed, as Joniesha walked out wearing:


"Uh huh. You ain't slick." Tiffany said. Joniesha winked at Tiffany. "Alright ya'll let's roll out."

~~At the club everyone was on the dancefloor letting loose. As Chicki went to get her a cup of water from the bar, she saw someone that looked familiar. She watched as he leaned against the wall, with his hat low over his eyes. He seemed he looking for something..or someone. Chicki kept thinking that she's seen those lips before. She watched as Vann walked over, and started to talk to him. What the hell was up? She asked to herself.

She saw Vann shake the guy's hand then walked off. When he glanced up in their eyes clashed, she gasped. He recognized her just as quick as she did, he started to make his way to the door. Chicki put her cup down, and went after him. When she went outside he was only 5 feet away from her.

"Jordy!"

Jordy turned, and sighed. "Hey Chicki."

"Um..what the hell?" Chicki said.

"I'll explain later, just know I'm here to protect you and the others."

"You're the detective aren't you?"

Jordy nodded. "I gotta go..I'll talk to you soon I promise." Then he took off.

Chicki stared after him, as she turned to head back to the club, she heard running feet behind her. She turned, and saw a guy in a ski mask, then she saw black.

    Oh snap!!! It's REALLY getting good now! Who would want to hurt me? Sweet as pie Chicki, lol? Joni Why did I gasp at the end, like someone really ran up on me. Girl you're nice...take it from another writer...can't wait for more!!
